We all know that the winter isn’t any easier on our skin than summer. Winter cold and winds can really put our skin through a lot of wear and tear. How can we take care of our skin during the winter ensuring we nourish, moisturize and revitalize our skin?
I will share my routine with you and maybe that will give you some insight into what steps you would like to take to help take better care of your skin during the winter months. My skincare morning routine starts with my Dead Sea Collection Tea Tree & Hemp Serum. I use my roller to gently massage the serum into my face while stimulating the blood flow to my face. I chose this facial serum for its deeply moisturizing properties. I find my skin feels much drier during the winter months and so choosing something with high moisturizing ingredients such as rich minerals, hemp oil, and tea tree oil was important to me.
Once my skin has fully absorbed my serum I apply my Dead Sea Collection Tea Tree & Hemp day cream. When I am applying my day cream, I make sure not to forget my neck! This is so important, our neck gets as much sun and wind as our face, we must never forget to moisturize it. The final thing I do before putting on my makeup is use light sunscreen. The sun can be just as brutal in the winter as it can in the summer.
Next, I use Dead Sea Collection Body lotion before I get dressed for the day. I make sure to moisturize my body top to bottom including my hands and feet. Our hands are exposed all day to the weather changes and our feet are closed and suffocating in closed shoes all winter. We need to make sure to take care of them.
Once I get back home I will start by removing my makeup with a gentle face wash. Then I will let my skin breathe while I step in the shower and use my Dead Sea Collection Mineral Body wash and once I have toweled off I will use my Dead Sea Collection body oil. I will then go back to skincare by massaging in my facial serum. Once my serum has been absorbed by my skin I will follow up with Dead Sea Collection Retinol Night Cream making sure once again not to forget my neck. The reason I love using the retinol night cream is that it literally works restoring my skin while I sleep, with its anti-aging properties, it helps me fight the hands of time.

We all know that our skin is the largest organ in our body. It is exposed to heat, cold, wind, snow, and everything else the environment can throw our way. So how do we nurture and protect our skin against all of these variants? What can we use to best take care of our skin? This is what I will be sharing with you in this article.
Let’s start with the basics, when we are out in the sun we know to use sunscreen, we know to hydrate our bodies with water and eat correctly in order to give our body the best sustenance. But do you also know how important it is to use mineral-rich soaps and creams? What we use on our skin is very important.
I have learned that how I take care of my skin and treat my body determines how healthy and smooth my skin looks and feels. I want to share a bit of my personal routine and explain why I use each product and what benefits my body gets from it. I start my week and end it with a Dead Sea Salt bath. I do this twice to three times a week depending on my stress levels and the way my skin is feeling. This is something I do year-round.
The Dead Sea Salt bath helps to hydrate my skin immensely, but that isn’t all it does! It relaxes my body and while I soak in a rich mineral bath of salts, any muscle aches I felt are completely eradicated. The essential oils that are in the salt relax me completely and I find it a great time to meditate and clear my mind. Once the soaking is over and I wash my skin with my body wash, I can feel how soft my skin has become while soaking in all of the rich minerals. It is literally my miracle time.
Another thing I do twice a week is use Dead Sea Collection Salt Scrub. This is literally changed my life! This product was a game-changer for my skin and the way I fell from neck to toe. Literally, toe because I use this scrub on my feet and I do not need to get pedicures anymore. The Dead Sea salt is completely soaked in oils and as it sluffs off my dead skin it nourishes my new good skin. The rage of scents that they have leaves me feeling like I literally just walked out of a spa even though I never left my home! My husband can’t stop caressing my body every time I use this because my skin is so soft and supple.
Now you are probably thinking, what do you do the rest of the week to take care of your skin? Here is what I use as part of my daily routine: Dead Sea Collection Body Wash followed by Dead Sea Body oil on the days I shave my legs and on the days I don’t I use their Body Lotion. There is not a day I do not nourish my skin after a shower with either lotion or body oil to make sure my skin doesn’t dry or suffer from any of the daily pollutants and climate damage that can be done to it.

As an added boost, one to two times a week I use the Dead Sea Collection mud mask and/or the facial scrub. The mask will both deep clean and moisturize my skin. The facial scrub exfoliates my skin as well as replenish, letting new cells comes to the surface, giving me that glow of my youth!
